ARRIVAL
Remote Check-In Designed for Modern Travelers
Arriving at Sweet Home is straightforward and personal. Guests ring the bell upon arrival, which triggers a remote unlocking system while initiating a live video call through the in-house tablet.
During that call, a team member walks you through the property — room access, shared spaces, beach instructions, and local orientation. Room keys are provided smoothly, ensuring you are never left confused during arrival.
The process is designed to feel modern, flexible, and personal — not cold or automated. Support is always a call or WhatsApp message away.
DAY-TO-DAY
A Calm House Environment
Our staff is available during the daytime. Cleaning operations typically finish around 4–5 PM, after which guests have the house to themselves to enjoy absolute privacy and comfort.
After-hours assistance is readily available through WhatsApp, and in-person support can be arranged if necessary. The goal is to provide a quiet, residential house atmosphere rather than a crowded hotel lobby.

BEACH ACCESS
Access to Playa Bávaro
A visitor beach pass is included with each stay, granting direct access to Playa Bávaro through the gated residential complex where Sweet Home is located. Playa Bávaro is one of Punta Cana’s most recognized public beaches, famous for its calm turquoise waters and soft white sand.
The beach is approximately 15 minutes away by foot, or even faster by bicycle, scooter, or car. Free parking is available inside the residential access area.
Please note that beach loungers typically belong to private businesses, restaurants, or resorts. Some beachfront restaurants allow customers to use chairs with a minimum consumption. Resort loungers are reserved for resort guests only, so bringing a personal towel or renting chairs independently is recommended.
